If you’re like me you’ve been anxiously awaiting the band lineup for Preakness InfieldFest. Well, today’s our lucky day because they FINALLY announced who will be playing this year.
If you haven’t been in the past, there are two stages at Preakness—the main stage, and a smaller stage known as the Jagermeister Stage that typically features lesser known artists.
I’m particularly excited about All Time Low (everyone loves a good throwback band, right?) and Fetty Wap. The Chainsmokers are fun dance music, while Chris Janson and Corey Smith are country singers. So this year, just like in years past, there is a pretty eclectic mix of music.
If you’re planning to purchase tickets consider the Mug Club, which gets you unlimited beer throughout the entire day. Tickets are $95 when you buy them by April 30, which is just $20 more than the regular ticket—so definitely worth it if you’re a beer drinker. Also, keep an eye out for brunch, ticket and transportation deals from local bars like Mother’s and Nobles. I did the Nobles package deal and it was great not to have to worry about driving.
Hope to see you there!
